These Races Rock Around the Clock!®

There's nothing more exciting than 24 hour racing and you won't find a more highly charged environment in which to promote your company and sell product. Plus, the duration of your time with the racers and fans is measured in days, not hours! So, join the fun and sign-up today.

Note: Nationally or internationally marketed brands, products, or companies attending an event and fielding or supporting three (3) or more teams are required to purchase an Expo or Tech Space.

Expo Booth or Tech Space? What's the difference?
Expo Booths: Prime locations in and around the main venue of the races. They are limited in the number and size of spaces available and receive very high traffic. Typically they are composed of 10' x 10' spaces or some multiple thereof with little or no vehicle access during the event. Rarely are we able to accommodate large vehicle or trailers in these spaces, although there are some border locations that are suitable for larger rigs.

Tech Spaces: High traffic areas that are ideal for large rigs and trailers. Tech areas are typically 20' x 20' or 20' x 30' spaces or some multiple thereof and are sold at a lower rate, based on square footage.

Both Expo and Tech Vendors have sales and signage rights in their vendor areas only. Many of the teams that compete are shop-based with many shop owners and managers in attendance. Your company should be prepared to write wholesale orders in addition to retail sales. All Expo and Tech spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with event sponsors receiving "first-dibs."
