AMTRI, a division of Granny Gear Productions, Inc., was created to promote and support efforts to grow the new genre of team relay racing which began with the Inaugural 24 Hours of Canaan in 1992.
AMTRI provides services to sanctioned events which will help create excellent standards of quality and a level of consistency from race to race. This will encourage teams to travel around the country and around the world to participate in AMTRI sanctioned 12, 18, and 24-hour competitions.
Races with the AMTRI "stamp of approval" will benefit from greater attendance and increased revenues. With AMTRI, racers may be confident that attendance at any AMTRI event will be a positive, if not outstandingly, rewarding experience. Quality races and race promoters are key to achieving this goal.
AMTRI Rules & Regulations: AMTRI provides a set of rules by which to run 24 hour mountain bike races. Please be sure to check them out if you plan on participating in any AMTRI events.
